Unicorn Latte – Sugar Free and Super Food style!

Have you heard about Starbucks Unicorn Latte yet? Well not to knock it, but I am going to knock it just a bit.

Positives: Creative, Fun, fantastic marketing, colorful, makes you feel special AF!

Negatives: Sugar, Sugar, Sugar, milk, artificial flavor and color

The Unicorn is one of my spirit animals, so naturally I had many friends tell me, “have you seen the unicorn latte yet? Lets go get one!”

Well after I looked into it, yikes! 59 grams of sugar!

This morning I was inspired to make my own “Unicorn Latte” Sugar free and Super Food Style…..

Super Food Unicorn Latte – Sugar Free! (Keto friendly & Vegan)

1 cup unsweetened coconut milk

1 scoop of Ultima Replenisher (grape flavor)

1 pack of powdered stevia

1 tbsp MCT oil

1 tsp cinnamon

1/2 tsp turmeric powder

1 tbsp goji berries

1 shot of espresso or coffee (optional)

1 pinch of acai powder

1 pinch pomegranate powder

5 blueberries (optional)

Directions: blend all ingredients in high powered blender ACCEPT blueberries, acai, pomegranate, and 3 goji berries (for decoration later) Place your freshly blended magical creation in your favorite cup or mug with ice cubes. Add blueberries, remaining goji berries, acai, and pomegranate powder to decorate to your liking. Enjoy the sparkle and magic! (NOTE: For HOT latte, blend coconut milk in milk frothier if available!)
